• The safety tactile seal strip is used to reduce the risk of crushing or entrapment due to mechanical moving parts, as tables, sliding doors, hatches & garage doors etc.
• The safety seal strip is a soft profile containing a safety sensing strip inserted inside, in the event that the strip starts to be crushed, it will stop/interrupt and then reverse the mechanical movement (when used with the Barka encoded system) or simply stop the movement on standard Barka units.
• When wiring, connect the safety strip direct to the electronic control unit supplied with the pedestal or strut, where this is not possible a wireless kit is available.
